Hi everyone,
Two posts in one day, can't be bad!!
Here is my entry for the Sketch Challenge over on 'My Craft Creations'. http://craftcreatoins.blogspot.co.uk/p/blog-page.html *Winner*
I have used an image from 'The Tale of Two Bad Mice' CD Rom from Crafters Companion. It was a circular pyrimage. I matted this onto a piece of green card which I had cut into a scalloped circle on my Cricut machine using the Lacy Labels cartridge. This was then attached to a coordinating backing paper from the same CD Rom which had in turn been matted and layered onto a larger piece of the green card and then placed on an 8x8 card from my stash. Using a different backing paper, I punched out a smaller mouse image to match the larger topper using the Epiphany circular machine and again attached this onto the green card from my stash. The border was made using a Martha Stewart punch (I think it was called Arches). The flowers and leaves were cut using the 'Flower Shoppe' Cricut cartridge and placed on the card. The paper used for the flowers was a backing paper from the CD Rom which was chosen to match the dress on the mouse on the topper. The leaves were cut from Centura Pearl paper, the centres of the flowers are Card Candy - Moorish from Craftworkcards. The two in the top corners have been coloured using the Pine Green Promarker from Letraset so that they matched the rest of the card.
I hope you like it. I'm sorry that the pictures are dark but I have just taken the photograph in the bedroom light, I prefer to take them in natural light.
Thank you for taking the time to pop along. Any feedback is welcome.
Have a great weekend.

Gorgeous card Hun, I love it, the mice are just ace and the papers are lush, xxxx
Thank you ladies. By the way - I won!! Can't believe it, everything was against me when making this card, the printer wouldn't work to start with, I couldn't find an image I wanted, the caps from the Epiphany machine had gone walkabouts and time was running out fast. The first set of photographs I took were dark and it looked like a chocolatey brown paper. Oh and I just made the deadline by the skin of my teeth. I guess perseveramce does pay off. Thank you Sheila and everyone. Wendy. xx
